NERVD — Terms of Service
Welcome to NERVD, a perception game. By using NERVD you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Who can use NERVD
Anyone can play NERVD without an account. Creating an account — which stores your email address, display name, and avatar — requires that you are at least 13 years old. NERVD is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Your account
You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in method (Google or email) secure. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us (see below); this removes your profile, scores, and achievements.
Fair play
Scores and rankings are computed and verified by our servers. Attempting to manipulate scores, exploit bugs, automate play, or interfere with the service may result in score removal or account termination without notice. Basically: play with your senses, not with scripts.
Health & safety
NERVD uses audio tones (some high-pitched) and colorful visual effects. Set a comfortable volume before playing sound-based games — especially with headphones. If you're sensitive to flashing colors or light, use caution and stop playing if you feel discomfort. NERVD is a game, not a medical or diagnostic tool, and makes no claims about training, improving, or measuring cognitive or sensory health.
The service
NERVD is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features (including scores, XP, leaderboards, and daily challenges) at any time. Leaderboards and scoring rules may be adjusted or reset as the game evolves. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use NERVD after changes means you accept the new terms.
